Getting started
Enterprise
Firelent for organisations: custom plans, legal documents and how to reach us.
Firelent works for organisations as well as individuals. If you're building at scale — many websites, several apps, or projects for clients — we'll work out a plan with you that fits how you build.
Talk to us#
Email support@firelent.com with a few lines about your organisation and what you'd like to build. Mention “Enterprise” in the subject and we'll get back to you.
It helps to include:
- roughly how many projects you expect, and whether they're websites, apps or both;
- how much you expect to build and change each month, so we can size your credits;
- any legal or compliance requirements, such as a signed Data Processing Agreement.
Where your data lives#
Firelent runs on established infrastructure providers. As described in our privacy policy:
| What | Where |
|---|---|
| App servers and databases | Amazon Web Services, EU (Frankfurt) |
| Published websites and files | Cloudflare |
| Builds and live previews | Fly.io and Modal (USA) |
| The Firelent web app | Vercel (USA) |
| AI models | Anthropic, Google, OpenAI and OpenRouter |
| Payments | Stripe |
Ownership and portability#
Everything you build with Firelent stays yours, and you can take it with you at any time:
- GitHub — link a project and every build is committed to a private repository in your own GitHub account.
- Code — browse your project's files and download them from the Code section of any project.
- Data — export the records your site or app stores as JSON or SQL from the Data section.
- Your own hosting — websites can also be published to your own Vercel account.
- Import — bring existing projects in from GitHub or by uploading a folder.
Legal documents#
Our legal documents are public, so your legal and procurement teams can review them before you start:
