Shop

Sell up to five products from your website, with card payments through Stripe.

Turn your website into a shop. Open a shop, add up to five products, connect Stripe — and visitors can buy straight from your site, with a checkout that's built in.

Open it from your project: Project tab → Shop. The Shop is available for websites.

The Shop section with the Open shop button
Shop: open it once, then manage your products here.

Open your shop#

Click Open shop

In Project → Shop, click Open shop.

Firelent adds the shop to your site

Firelent adds a shop section to your homepage and creates the pages a shop needs: a checkout, an order confirmation and a page for failed payments — designed to match your site. This is built like any other change in the chat, and uses the usual 2 credits.

Add your products

Once the shop is open, the section turns into Products, where you manage what you sell.

Add products#

Click Add product (or First product, while your shop is still empty) and fill in:

FieldDetails
NameRequired. Up to 120 characters
DescriptionOptional. Up to 4,000 characters
Price (€)Required, and more than 0. A comma or a dot both work as the decimal separator
Image URLOptional. A link to a product photo

Click Create, and the product appears in the shop section of your preview right away.

Your shop can hold up to five products at a time. The header keeps count — “3 of 5 products” — and Add product steps aside once you reach five. Prices are in euros.

Edit or remove a product#

Hover a product card to edit or remove it. Removing a product takes it out of your shop; past orders for it stay intact.

Accept payments with Stripe#

To actually sell, connect Stripe — the payment provider that handles cards and payouts for you.

Click Start

In the Enable orders banner (“~3 min of Stripe setup and you're ready to go.”), click Start →.

Complete Stripe's form

The Enable sales window opens Stripe's own sign-up form. Stripe asks for your business and payout details — have your bank details to hand.

You're live

When Stripe has what it needs, the banner disappears and your products are marked Active.

Until Stripe is connected, products show Enable sales instead of Active, and visitors can't buy yet.

Fees#

Firelent keeps 1% of each sale. Stripe's own processing fees apply on top, as set out in your Stripe account.

What your visitors see#

Your products appear in the shop section of your website, with their image, name, description and price.

  1. A visitor picks a product and goes to the checkout.
  2. They enter their email address (their name is optional) and pay through Stripe's secure payment form.
  3. After paying, they land on the order confirmation page.

Each purchase is for one product. The price charged is always the current price of the product.

Publish after changing products

New products, edited prices and a newly connected Stripe account show up in your preview right away, and on your live site after you publish again.

Orders#

As soon as you have a shop, an Orders section appears under Project, listing your orders — newest first — with the customer, product, price, status and when it came in. Click Refresh to check for new ones, and click an order to see everything about it: the customer's name, email and phone, the order number and the Stripe payment ID, each with Copy.

Work through an order#

Every order starts as Paid. Move it along as you prepare it:

Order isYou can
PaidConfirm it, or Cancel order
ConfirmedMark as ready, or Cancel order
ReadyMark as picked up — the order is then Completed

Refund an order#

Click Refund payment in an order and confirm with Yes, refund. The customer gets the full amount back, and the order is marked Refunded. Refunds can't be undone.

Cancelling doesn't refund

Cancel order only marks the order as cancelled — it doesn't send any money back. To return the payment, use Refund payment instead.

Order notifications on Telegram#

Firelent can message you on Telegram the moment an order comes in. To set it up, open your profile menu in the top right of the Firelent website, click Connect Telegram, and tap Start in the Telegram chat that opens. The link is valid for 10 minutes.
